We stayed this summer for the third time at the apartment. That means we like it a lot!!! We are a family with 3 children, the youngest is 3 and the oldest one is 13. They love it!!! If it's up to them they don't even want to leave the place, just stay at the pool and play with the spanisch children who live there. The house,the pool and the gardens are very clean and well maintained. We can't wait to go again!!!!

The house was lovely and very suitable for our family. The pool and gardens are really well maintained and clean. Mostly spanish families -very friendly. Roof terrace was lovely - BBQ facilities.
Margaret left really helpful information in the house for us. Directions to little supermarket etc.
We walked to the Marbella arch where we were able to take a bus into the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants along the promenade and in the old town - very reasonably priced.
You could also take a bus from the same place to Puerto Banus - worth a visit or two!! L7 bus takes you right back to Lindasol - just a few minutes walk from bus stop to the house.
Fabulous shopping centre - La Canada - my daughters and I loved the shopping.
The family reckon - best holiday yet!!!
Tennis courts - children played tennis a few times but it was very hot.

Having visited Marbella on several occasions and stayed only in nice hotels, this trip was going to be a new experience for us and we were a little worried about renting a property, but our worries were not necessary. The prompt reply to my holiday request and information given was accurate and we got great customer service from the owner. The property its self, was very clean and comfortable, all the home comforts were supplied and in good working order. The roof terrace was excellent, the pool area was extremely well maintained and again very clean. The walk into Marbella was aprox 20-25 minutes but a bus service did run, we did however struggle to work out the times of the buses but they did run regualary. This visit we took the bus from Malaga airport which was superb and very cheap!From the bus station in Marbella we found out you can get the L7 Las Chapas bus, and it will drop you at Bella Horizonte where the property is located.
Our overall experience was a very pleasurable and positive one, we would definatly stay again, and would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and relatives.

All details written about the property I found to be very accurate and appropriately described.The house has everything you need. It feels like home away from home. There is an information pack in the living room with additional information which we also found useful. The owner is well seasoned with foreseeing the needs of the 'new holiday maker' and was very organised with sending keys to us and deposit back etc etc. The owner pays additionally for Sky TV which is an added bonus to keep in touch with the world. Any chance of a wireless internet connection too? (Cheeky).........The house was very clean and has a washing machine which we found useful. I would recommend that holiday makers also had the benefit of a key to fit the top gate at the top of the hill. We enjoyed playing in the tennis courts, the pool area was well maintained and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our best night was a bbq on the roof terrace. We ate over a few hours, watched the sun set behind the mountains, enjoyed our red wine and watched the stars come out. It was heaven! So simple but so memorable.I would highly recommend a visit.

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. Comfortable, clean, with air-conditioning in the living room and in one of the rooms, equipped with everything needed for a good time.
The pool is just outside the kitchen door. The maintenance of the pool and gardens is impeccable.
There are many places to park nearby the urbanization.
It has a shopping center about 5 minutes drive with many shops, restaurants and a big supermarket. The supermarket near the house is a little expensive. The beach is very good and close but because of the heat we drove (2km). It has plenty of parking spaces.I would highly recommend the house to relatives or friends.

This house is in a suburban area and all our neighbours were 'locals' which added to the experience. They were all very friendly and welcoming. House was ideally suited to our needs. It was clean and the rooftop area was well laid out and ideal for sunbathing / relaxation. Sky News and BBC channels were another plus and kept us well informed of events - stranded by the ash!. House is within walking distance of centre of Marbella (35 Mins) Taxis very prompt and inexpensive. All in all we would recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent all round.The directions were easy to follow and the location was very good.Marbella sea front is about ten minutes by car or taxi or you can get a bus locally.There is an abundance of good restaurants etc along the sea front to suit everyone.All in all an excellent holiday.

Having stayed at this villa a few times, I can highly recommend it.
Air conditioning, full kitchen facilities, sky tv and plenty of space to lounge around, both inside and out. The roof is an an excellent space, with seating, loungers and a BBQ. The swimming pool is lovely - clean and not very busy, for either a quick dip or some exercise.
Lots of parking too.
