A non-refundable deposit of 200 Euro per
week is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable
8 weeks prior to the rental period. A refundable security
deposit (against any damage or additional cleaning) of €200
is also payable at this time. This will be refunded after
your departure when the house has been checked.
Please ensure you have fully comprehensive / all risks
insurance. The owner of the property accepts no responsibility
for accidents of any nature occurring within the boundaires
of the property, or use of any facilities and equipment.
Use of the property and its facilities is entirely at your
own risk. It is recommended that you take out adequate travel
insurance.

via PayPal is accepted with a 3.5% surcharge for PayPal

Travel
Malaga Airport is approx 40 km from property with the journey
time approx 45 mins. Car hire is recommended but not necessary
as there are local buses and taxis. Collection from the

There are direct flights from Cork, Dublin, Shannon and
the UK to Malaga.
Distances
3 km to Marbella Town Centre. Approx 1 km from the nearest
beach.
Further details
There is a cafe/bar within walking distance of the house.
It sells basics such as bread, milk, eggs, water etc. There
are many large well stocked supermarkets in Marbella.
Local taxis are available to those not wishing to drive.
There is also a bus service which runs 2 or 3 times every
hour.
